I support new parents in navigating healing postpartum with nourishment and rest, guide you in learning to care for your infant, I provide support with expert evidence-based breastfeeding and lactation support, and can help your family in creating sustainable, effective, and well-supported infant feeding plans and rhythms tailored to your breastfeeding/feeding goals.

The links listed below will connect us within those systems. It can take about 24-48 hours to confirm your insurance coverage

Please note that Insurance does not cover the cost of travel fees. First 20 miles is free for a home visit.

In Person Consultation

$200 Weekdays, $235 Weekend for Initial Visit. $150 follow up appointments.

This 60-90 minute in-home visit includes a comprehensive evaluation of feeding and/or pumping, breastfeeding and infant feeding support and education, assessments of mom and baby, a weighted feed, weight check, and answering any other questions or concerns.

Prenatal Consultation

$125

Enjoy all the benefits of a prenatal breastfeeding class in a personalized and customizable one-on-one setting. We'll cover how to get a strong start, explore any potential risk factors, and address challenges you may have experienced with a previous baby. This is a great time to answer any questions or concerns that you may have before baby arrives! This includes a PDF to reference for information to have on hand after baby arrives.

**Prenatal lactation sessions can also be held in small group settings for a lower price per couple. Please reach out to me if you are interested!

Telehealth Consultation

$150

This consultation takes place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform from the comfort of your home. We can address issues such as feeding plans, concerns over mastitis or clogged ducts, milk supply questions, feeding evaluations, pumping, medication use while breastfeeding, issues with latch and pain while breastfeeding and more!

Lactation Concierge Services

$1000

This service offers a 5 hour continuous support in your home from Emma O'Brien RN, IBCLC. It can be deeply supportive to have personalized breastfeeding assistance and hands on support over multiple feeds teaching you how to latch your baby on independently so you can continue to confidently feed after the appointment. The continuity of the longer appointment gives to time help solidify confidence in your breastfeeding skills, techniques, and positions. It also leaves time for all of the breastfeeding, infant care and postpartum recovery questions that come up during the longer session.

Quick Video Call/Phone Consults

15 Minutes- $40

Cash pay only! Great for questions like medication safety for breastfeeding, weaning, engorgement, transitioning off nipple shield, plugged ducts, pumping schedule, etc. or short follow up questions that don’t require extensive evaluation or a whole new feeding plan.

Please Note: I am an “out of network provider.” If your insurance does not contract with either TLN or Wildflower Health or MilkWise, I collect payment at the time of service (cash, credit card, check, flexible savings accounts and health savings accounts).

If you are interested in knowing your potential level of reimbursement for my services, please call your insurance provider and inquire about their coverage for “out of network lactation consultant services,” as well as any applicable deductibles. After each visit I will email or mail an itemized superbill to my patients for them to submit to insurance for potential insurance reimbursement.
